The Henderson County Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its yearly Blue Ridge Enterprise Development Awards at Southern Appalachian Brewery. This was the kick-off function for Compact Small business 7 days in Henderson County.

Awards had been presented by Brock Goodling of TD Bank and Chamber Little Small business Committee Chairman Bill Schreck of United Federal Credit Union.

“We are delighted to assist the modest, expansion-oriented enterprises that are the backbone of the local financial state,” stated Goodling. “They are the enterprises that maintain the overall economy buzzing.”

“Small businesses are not only career creators and investors in our neighborhood, they also are vital supporters of charitable and civic enterprises – ranging from sports activities to the arts,” Schreck stated.

The Chamber hosts this occasion each calendar year through compact enterprise week as a way to spotlight the successes of Henderson County’s little small business neighborhood. This calendar year there had been 11 Business Expansion Award Recipients and two Growing Stars (start off-up small business in procedure for much less than 3 a long time). Along with presenting sponsor TD Bank, the celebration was supported by Optimum, The Salty Landing and Southern Appalachian Brewery.

Bettini Financial recently won a Rising Star award at the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce's annual Blue Ridge Business Growth Awards.

Bettini Money just lately won a Mounting Star award at the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce’s yearly Blue Ridge Enterprise Expansion Awards.

“Our local community carries on to build an entrepreneurial environment (that) supports and cultivates modest enterprise success,” according to Chamber Chairman Randy Hunter. “We are also fortunate to be in a local community the place the people understand the importance and advantages of shopping locally.”
